Terms of Service

Last updated 2 July 2026

These terms cover your use of Cited, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector that lets Claude read and cite official, publicly available filings from NIFTY 50 companies. By using Cited, you agree to what's below.

The short version: Cited surfaces information from documents that companies publish for investors and cites the source. We don't create or guarantee the figures, this isn't financial advice, and because Cited runs inside Claude you're also bound by Anthropic's terms.

What Cited does

Cited retrieves information from official investor documents — earnings call replays and transcripts, KPI data books, investor presentations, and annual reports — that the respective companies upload and make public. It returns relevant excerpts and figures with a citation to the underlying source. We are a retrieval and citation layer; the data originates with the companies, not with us.

No financial advice

Cited is an information tool, not an investment adviser. Nothing it returns is financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Always verify figures against the primary source and consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

Accuracy and sources

We aim to faithfully surface and cite what the source documents say, but we don't warrant that the information is complete, current, or error-free. Source documents may contain errors, be revised, or be superseded. Where an answer matters, rely on the cited original filing.

Acceptable use

Claude and Anthropic

Cited operates as a connector within Claude. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic's Terms and Privacy Policy. When you use Cited through Claude, those terms apply in addition to these.
